What is a relay attack?
A relay attack is when thieves use electronic devices to amplify the signal from your key fob inside your home, tricking your car into thinking the key is nearby and unlocking it — without ever touching your keys. It's one of the most common methods of keyless car theft today.

How do your products stop this?
Our pouches and boxes are lined with our Faraday Fabric material, which completely blocks all wireless signals including RF, RFID, and NFC. When your key is inside, its signal cannot be detected or amplified by thieves.

Will this work with my car?
If your car has keyless entry (also called passive entry or push-to-start), you need signal protection. Our products work with all keyless key fobs regardless of make or model.

Do I need to take my key out of the pouch to unlock my car?
Yes — simply remove your key from the pouch when you're ready to use your car, then place it back inside when you're done. It takes a couple of seconds and becomes second nature quickly.

What's the difference between the Small and Large pouch?
The Small pouch fits most standard key fobs. The Large pouch accommodates bulkier or multi-button key fobs, as well as phones or cards you want to protect alongside your keys.

How do I know the signal is actually being blocked?
A simple test: ensure your key is between the Faraday Fabric and close the pouch, stand next to your car, and try to unlock. If it doesn't open, the signal is fully blocked. Every Ironveil product is tested to guarantee 100% signal blocking.

How long do the products last?
Our products are built for daily use and are designed to maintain their signal-blocking effectiveness long-term. The Faraday lining does not degrade with normal use.

How long does delivery take?
We ship Australia-wide. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
