Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items discounted by 40% or more.
Exchanges
We will send the exchange items to you as soon as your return is processed. Please note that we cannot hold products for exchange. We advise you to send your return promptly to ensure that you receive your exchange items without any delay.
In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit.
Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges.
For each exchange, customer is required to pay for the standard shipping rate of $9.70
Return for store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the credit to appear and be available for use.
