Signal Shield Box

Ironveil's products are lined with a copper-nickel shielding mesh — the same principle used in military-grade Faraday enclosures.

The mesh is independently lab-tested to IEEE 299-2006 shielding standards, verified to block RFID, Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi, cellular, and the relay frequencies thieves actually use, across a tested range of 125kHz–2.6GHz.

What is the Signal Shield and how does it work?
It's a Faraday-shielded pouch or box that blocks the wireless signal your key fob constantly broadcasts — the exact signal thieves intercept with relay devices to unlock and start your car in under 60 seconds, without ever touching your key. Once your key is inside, that signal is completely cut off. No signal, no relay attack.

When should I actually use it?
Every time your key isn't in your hand. That's the point — relay theft happens while your key is sitting on a hallway table, a kitchen bench, or in your bag by the front door, well within range of your driveway. The Signal Shield is designed to be where your key already lives, so protection happens automatically, not as an extra step you have to remember.

Pouch or Box — which one do I need?
If you want to carry your key with you, the Pouch slips into a pocket or bag. If you'd rather have a permanent, always-on solution at home, the Box sits by your door or on a bench as your key's new home — no need to remember to use it each time.

How do I know my key is actually protected?
Try your car door or push-button start with the key inside — if it doesn't respond, the signal is fully blocked. That instant "detected vs. not detected" difference is the whole product working exactly as intended.
